How do you work with destination couples who plan everything from abroad?
We normally do two calls.
The first call is for the big picture: your wedding format, priorities, and the number of hours you’re considering. The second call happens closer to the wedding day, when the schedule is mostly set — we align on timeline and logistics so it’s clear what happens when and where we’ll be filming and photographing. We can always schedule additional calls if needed, or go over details anytime via WhatsApp.
How do we reserve our date, and what are the deposit and payment options?
To reserve your date, we take a 25% non-refundable retainer, and you can pay it easily by credit card. Once it’s received, your date is officially secured.
Do you travel outside Barcelona / to other European destinations? How does pricing work?
Yes — we work across Spain and Europe (excluding the UK as they require special work visa for EU nationals). Pricing depends on travel distance, the size of the team, and how many days of coverage are needed. Send us your location and wedding details, and we’ll prepare a custom quote.
What’s your turnaround time for photos and video (and do you offer previews/teasers)?
For the 4-hour packages, you’ll receive the best 15 photos in 3 days, and the full photo gallery in 2 weeks. If video is included, you’ll get a short teaser (up to 1 minute) in 3 days, and a 5-minute highlight film within 3 weeks.
In general, we aim to share previews fast so you can relive the emotions right away, and we confirm timelines clearly during planning
How will we receive our photos and video?
You’ll receive everything in a private online gallery that you can share with family and friends, with full-quality downloads available anytime.
Your gallery stays active for one year, and during that time you can download all photos and video whenever you want.
How many edited photos will we receive, and how do you select them?
For the 4-hour packages, the delivery is 200 edited photos (plus the first 15 delivered quickly as previews).
If you add extra hours or book a full day wedding coverage, the final number naturally increases — we discuss expectations in advance, and anything outside the package is quoted separately so it’s always clear.
Do you offer an engagement or pre-wedding session?
Yes — we can add an engagement session, a pre-wedding shoot, or rehearsal dinner coverage. These options are quoted separately, and you can request them via the form on the webpage or WhatsApp — we’ll calculate pricing based on your overall wedding coverage.
If our plans change, what’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
The retainer is non-refundable. But if your plans change, you can move your booking to any other available date in our calendar.
Can we add extra hours on the wedding day if the timeline runs late?
Yes. Extra hours are calculated based on which team members stay. For example, if you want additional coverage from both the photographer and the videographer, the additional hour is priced for both. If only one stays, the extra-hour cost reflects that.
